Returns/Exchange Policies
1. Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags and packaging. To ensure that your boots do not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.
2. Must have receipt of purchase.
3. We offer 30 days for exchanges or returns per purchase.
4. All returns/exchanges will undergo inspection and must qualify under the store's policies in order for credits to be applied.
5. No money back/ refunds. Tania's Boots will offer you a sore credit that can be applied towards any item. Store credit does not expire.
6. Factory defects such as detachment of out-sole will be inspected for manufacturer's warranty and if acceptable the item will be exchanged or accredited for store credit only.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Prepaid return labels are not available.

Merchandise purchased at Taniasbootsllc.com may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only.
